Pre-press
Our Pre-Press Department, featuring top-tier MAC computers, specialized packaging design software, and a high-tech ZUND sampling machine, prepares digital files for printing using CTP technology. We handle package layouts, graphic design, and samples.
Printing
Our press is powered by three 3 KBA & 1 Heidelberg offset printing machines, featuring water-based, UV coating and metalaized printing capabilities. These tools ensure the highest quality output in printing, maintaining our commitment to excellence in every job
Die Cutting
Our facility is equipped with 6 fully automatic Die Cutting Machines, complete with stripping and embossing capabilities to provide fold- ready output. Additionally, we operate 2 Semi Die Cut machines that offer Die cutting, Embossing, and hot foil stamping services
Folding & Gluing
We are equipped with four state-of-the-art folding and gluing machines, known for their cutting-edge technology and high- speed output capabilities.
Erecting
Our department is equipped with 5 double-line erecting machines and 1 single-line machine. We specialize in folding and erecting various packaging solutions, including clamshells, fry boxes, nugget boxes, and more.
Raw Material Management
We handle the procurement of essential materials, including paperboard, inks, chemicals, and spare parts for our production process. Our suppliers conduct FDA- compliant testing in accredited labs like SGS and ISEGA, while second-tier suppliers adhere to accredited Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, and HACCP.
Pre-Delivery
Our Pre-Delivery department oversees the final products, manages contingencies, organizes shipments, and ensures on- time delivery.
Quality Assurance Lab
In our lab, we meticulously inspect raw material specifications and ensure finished products match the standards to prevent defects. We conduct various tests, including Optical Brightening Agent (OBA) analysis, Fiber Tear Test, Rub Test, Weight Holding Test, and Kit Level Test to maintain product quality.
Proactive Maintenance
Our highly trained maintenance engineers prioritize proactive measures over reactive responses. They diligently implement preventive maintenance plans for all company machinery to avert breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
